- Cancellation: To cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the service date, you will receive a full refund.
- Rebooking: If you need to reschedule your service, you may do so at no additional charge if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the original service date. Changes are subject to availability.
4. Service Delivery
- Service Areas: Our services are available in South Australia. Specific service areas are detailed on our website.
- Service Time: We aim to arrive at the scheduled time but are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
5. Public Liability Insurance
